Nzega Urban
Nzega Urban State is one of the newest states in the country, created in parallel with the establishment of Nzega Town Council. Nzega Town Council was a forgotten part of Nzega District until the government decided to raise the status to Town Council in early 2014 under the Local Government Act number 8 and 9 of 1982.
Nzega Urban District has a total of ten (10) wards.
Until now, the province of Nzega Mjini has a total of 14 streets, all of which are found in two Mjini wards, namely Nzega Mjini West (6) and Nzega Mjini East (8); while the total number of townships in Nzega Mjini province is 174 resulting from the presence of 21 villages.
